As a certified 300-hour Registered Yoga Teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience, I offer adaptive yoga sessions that are inclusive, accessible, and rooted in evidence-based movement. For peri- and post-menopausal women: Resistance training is essential to preserve muscle mass, boost metabolism, and prevent falls. I’m passionate about making strength training less intimidating and more accessible.

Aquatic therapy is one of the most underutilized yet effective rehabilitation tools. Water reduces joint stress and creates a safe space for healing — especially for those recovering from surgery or managing conditions like arthritis, chronic pain, or neurological disorders. I also offer water-based wellness and cardio classes that are fun, uplifting, and a powerful way to build strength and endurance without the impact of land-based exercise.
